GLIMPSES ON VEDIC MATHS

I always wonder about my Grandma who does all her addition, subtraction, multiplications, divisions, interest calculations etc, mentally faster than a calculator.

I was taught of tables and complex multiplications in schools but not how to ease them to do faster calculations. When i came across the VEDIC maths and then i cross checked it with my grandma maths it works the same way... Calculate mentally faster by little practise. I would like to share few tips on the same.
